It has always been a passion of mine to cook. My grandmother on my mother's side was Cajun and always made delicious food. I have travelled all over the world and tried many foods as well as experimented with cooking them. I have worked as a baker and even a restaurant manager and a bartender. More recently, I have gained an interest in mushrooms and found many exciting ways to use them. I wish to share my love of good food with others with my creativity and love of the delicious. I hope to share my burgers and the hints of mushroom that come with them.
